Skills verification test not loading

Hello! I am trying to verify the skills I have listed on my profile (the ones which have an online assessment), but the page for the one I am trying (customer service) won't load. The site now seems to think I have tried the test already and failed. Do you have any suggestions?

We had some issues with the tests at that time, but they are now solved.
