Community Feedback

Work for Impact (WFI) makes outsourcing more affordable by leveraging AI and promotes inclusivity within its community. Flora, the community manager, ensures that every member feels valued through consistent communication and support. While no platform is perfect, I haven't encountered any significant flaws with WFI. The platform continually improves and provides accessible learning resources, even as members wait for new opportunities. Finding meaningful work takes time, but that is the core mission of WFI—helping individuals discover the right fit for their skills and aspirations.

When filling out my profile's bio I am taken out of the page and onto the newsfeed when I click on grammarly's suggestion. All progress on the bio page is then lost.

The workshop today was a very positive event, Flora is an excellent host. I really enjoyed showing how I can help the community to improve their English. Thank you for this opportunity, Flora!

Thank you for the wonderful engagement and help that I have received on this platform. Thank you especially to Flora. I haven't felt so welcome in a very long time and I certainly enjoy the advise.

I say "our platform" because I feel as if it were my own. I am very proud of having found this amazing concept and would love to find all my jobs here. I feel safe in it and know no scam is lurking behind the screen. I have met so many bad situations. Here I feel I am at home. Thanks for being there for us.

I like how Flora handles community engagements with members. I feel so welcome and guided in my first days at WFI. She sends DMs to help out in any queries and concerns. Keep it up :)

I find the Impact community supportive however it would be great if we receive email updates if our proposals were rejected or not.

As a French native speaker, I would be happy to connect with French-speaking people and companies. It would be helpful if a space dedicated for French was created.

Is there any activity or games that could be made to enhance community engagement? Or is there a way the WFI team has already to make that happen?
